THE MINNIS GOES FREE RANGE
Well here we are entering a new transition period for the Minnis. Jason has been hard at work sourcing local reared free-range produce, to find you the best that Kent has to offer.
Richard & Helen Stephens of Monkshill Farm in Woodchurch are now rearing pigs, lambs and cattle for the Minnis. As well as Chickens & Ducks, they are also keeping us supplied with delicious free-range eggs. We have a second supplier of wonderful free-range chicken, and that is Mr. McKeever of Kentish Ranger Table Poultry...(we need two suppliers to keep up with the demand). This will enable Jason and the Chefs to create new and exciting dishes using a whole host of cuts of Meat & Poultry and allowing them to change the menus more frequently to keep all of you loyal customers happy!
