The New Kitchen @ The Minnis

3rd March 2007 marked two special occasions for The Minnis Bar & Restaurant…. firstly it marked the 4 th anniversary of Jason, Carly & Heather @ The Minnis, and secondly it opened the newly refurbished kitchen.

Jason spent a year planning the new kitchen and sourcing the right people to make and install it.

The main feature is the central-island range that has been hand built by Charvet in France and boasts a one - piece 3mm thick Stainless Steel & Titanium top.

The Kitchen was installed by QSP food solutions.

It was decided that the kitchen was so nice, and as

our food matched the quality of the range, we would take out some of the main restaurant wall and open the kitchen up, so that all the diners can see the c hefs preparing and cooking their food.

We hope that you enjoy the food that has been cooked

on this stove as much as we enjoyed cooking on it.
